Track your order
Every order gets two emails from us: a confirmation as soon as you place it, and a second one with your tracking number once it leaves our warehouse.
Find your tracking number
Open the shipping confirmation email and click the tracking link, or copy the tracking number into the carrier's website. If the email is not in your inbox, please check your spam and promotions folders first.
Tracking has not updated yet
Tracking can take up to 48 hours to start moving after a parcel is collected. If nothing has changed after 2 days, get in touch and we will chase the carrier for you.
How long delivery takes
Orders are normally processed within 1 to 3 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 7 to 12 business days after dispatch. Full details are on our Shipping Policy page.
Marked delivered but not there
Check with anyone else at the address and look in the usual safe places first. If it still has not turned up, email us with your order number and we will open a claim with the carrier.
