Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States of America.
Processing time
Orders are normally processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed at a weekend or on a public holiday are processed on the next business day.
Delivery times
Standard shipping usually takes 7 to 12 business days after dispatch.
Shipping costs
Standard shipping costs $6.95. Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping. The methods available to you and the final charge are always shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking once it ships. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to start updating.
Missing or delayed parcels
If your tracking has not updated for 2 days, or the parcel is marked delivered but you cannot find it, email hello@chipperpetstore.com with your order number and we will chase it with the carrier.
Wrong address
Please check your address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us straight away and we will correct it if the order has not shipped yet.
