Using this site

You agree to use this site lawfully, to give accurate information when you order, and not to interfere with the running of the site. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

Products and pricing

We do our best to describe and photograph products accurately, but colors and finishes can vary slightly between screens and batches. Prices are shown in U.S.D. and may change without notice. If an item is listed at an incorrect price we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it, and we may limit or cancel quantities bought per person or per household. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund it in full.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

Shipping and returns

Delivery estimates and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy, and returns are covered by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Product use and safety

Pet products should be used as described and with supervision where appropriate. Check sizes and materials against your pet's needs, follow any instructions supplied, and stop using an item that becomes worn or damaged. Nothing we publish is veterinary advice, so please speak to your vet about your pet's health.

Intellectual property

The content on this site, including text, images and branding, belongs to us or our suppliers and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
